Many times life is so busy filled with family, friends, work and school that perhaps we may not reflect on all that we have to be grateful for, especially in the holidays. Having good health, we may not think about those that are ill or those that live with chronic illness. Today is an opportunity to say thank you and be grateful for being well. Pick up the phone and call someone today and share your gratitude with them. We have today and today we can choose to be grateful for the wellness we have in this very moment.

I am grateful for the great mentors, family, and friends i have in my life. As well as the support they have provided for me!
The best study tip!!!
When studying for the kind of tests that require reading many chapters – give yourself time. The days of cramming are over. In order to get all the information in you need to expose yourself to the information more than once. So get out your calendar and organize your time.
now give me my points i need every one.
I’m so grateful for my health. I was blessed with a faster metabolism than the rest of my family. Both my parents have had gastric bypass surgery, and all of my grandparents have diabetes. So far I have been lucky to keep up a healthy-ish diet and not have to watch what I eat. And, furthermore, i am so greatful for not having diabetes, because I love pie and ice cream! So in becoming a nurse I am a role model for healthy living. I think i’m doing a good job.

… also my health and education
I’m thankful for all the things God has blessed me with and for always caring me through the harder times. For always providing me with people I can turn to for comfort and encouragement. God doesn’t always give you what you want, but He gives you what you need.
setting time aside for yourself during the week is key to not being too stressed. Take a mental health day, but then get back to the books. Doing a little bit each day= decreased study time in the long run and not stressing when it comes around to final time.
Be good, Be safe, make wise decision.
I am thankful that I haven’t gotten sick yet (knock on wood).
P.S. DON’T FORGET TO SPREAD OUT YOUR HOMEWORK and don’t procrastinate till the end of vacation or you will be STRESSED!!!!
I am grateful for my health, and I am also grateful for the knowledge that I am gaining about all of the possibilities that may affect my health as well as those who are important to me in my life. I hope to not only make a difference with this knowledge, but also teach others about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Oh! And I am also grateful for my classmates who are part of my success in this class! LUV ya guys!
I’m grateful for being in good health.. so I can be here and be able to care for, teach, and watch my daughter grow into the great person she’ll become.
I’m grateful that the holidays are coming. It’s the time of the year when I get to spend time with other family members that I dont usually see. It’s always fun when they come around. We get to exchange gifts which is what I’m looking forward to, and ofcourse the laughs that we’ll share. I hope everybody else in the class feel the same way i do about the Holidays. I wish them happy holidays!
I am thankful being able to follow my doctors interventions for staying healthy. Eating healthy foods is one of the greatest ways you can live healthy and combat developing a disease, enabling you to live a long and healthy life style =)
I’m thankful for my daughter, my husband and my whole family who are very supportive of me. I’m thankful for those wonderful people in the community such as Toys for Tots and Salvation Army, who truly believe that it is better to give than to receive. And I am especially thankful for those who give to these groups, so they can, in turn, give to others. I’m thankful for my health even though my doctor told me that my cholesterol is a little elevated. I now have to give up or cut back on my basic food groups — salt, chocolates, rice and everything fried. But I’m so much luckier than those who don’t find out about their health until it’s too late. Unlike the thousands who die every day because of the “silent killer”, I have time to make changes and improve my lifestyle. And looking back over my list, I see that I not only have the time to change but I also have the reasons.
Michelle: Now that you have a child you realize more and more how important maintaining you own health is. Having someone totally depending on you is an awesome responsibilty. It is really hard to give up “salt, chocolates, rice and everything fried” Thanks for your post. erwjac
Stephanie: I am so glad that you want to stay healthy, even if I bust you for eating apples in lecture. hehehe. erwjac
